The Thrive Difference

Women Are Not Small Men

We completely refuse standard, copy-paste fitness routines. Our group methodology responds dynamically to your biology across every lifestyle horizon.

The Athletic Woman Chasing Lifelong Performance

The Reality: Whether she is navigating regular menstrual cycles, planning a pregnancy, or entering her postpartum season, she wants to train with her changing physiology, not against it.

The Solution: Deep integration of pelvic floor and core coordination so she can lift, run, and jump safely without pain or leaking, paired with strategic, science-backed fueling to match her active output.

The Action-Driven Woman Balancing It All

The Reality: Running on pure adrenaline and caffeine, she is balancing a high-stress lifestyle and teetering on the edge of burnout. She needs maximum-yield, highly efficient workouts rather than hours spent wandering a gym floor.

The Solution: Fast, hard-hitting power circuits to challenge fast-twitch muscle fibers and blow off steam, intentionally concluded with a dedicated "Cortisol Reset" to regulate her nervous system and restore calm balance.

The Perimenopausal & Post-Menopausal Trailblazer

The Reality: She is navigating hormonal shifts, muscle loss, and sudden midsection fat. She is frustrated because old-school "eat less, cardio more" advice is entirely backfiring—spiking her cortisol and locking in stubborn fat.

The Solution: Shifting away from chronic cardio toward heavy resistance training and Sprint Interval Training (SIT) to bypass dropped estrogen levels, stimulate muscle growth, and protect long-term bone density.

Frequently Answered Questions

What is the Exercise Pre-Screening form for?

The exercise pre-screening form is a tool used to get an understanding of your current health status and any injuries you may have.
This is used to assess whether exercise may put you at risk without further clearance from a medical professional.
In some cases I may request you get medical clearance from a medical professional, before commencing any fitness program or sessions with me.

What happens in bad weather?

Training sessions will go ahead in the rain, I will do my best to find a sheltered location for the session and will advise of new location via SMS before the session starts. Session will be moved online if your trainer determines the weather/conditions are too dangerous or place people’s health or safety at risk, deatails will be sent via SMS and updated in PTMinder.

Can I bring my kids along to group classes?

I currently do not have a babysitter for any sessions.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept EFT/Direct Bank Transfer payments (admin processing fee applies per invoice/payment) and Direct Debit via PTMinder (using a bank account only).

I haven't exercised in years. Will I be able to keep up?

Absolutely. Our sessions are built to meet you exactly where you are, not force you into a box. We offer clear, actionable movement scales and alternatives on the spot to safely accommodate past joints aches, core issues, or absolute beginning baselines.

What happens if life gets in the way and I miss my regular sessions?

Training should relieve stress, not create it. If you need to skip a week, your unused membership credits roll over for 4 weeks, and class passes give you 12 weeks to make up your sessions. You can find all specific booking cut-offs and cancellation details on our Cancellations & Refunds page.
